Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VIME Google Slides add-on ("VIME"). By installing or using VIME, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VIME.

1. What VIME does

VIME is a productivity add-on that connects a Google Sheet you choose to your Google Slides presentation, lets you adjust model inputs, and renders charts from the results. VIME operates within Google's Apps Script and Google Workspace platforms.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the Google account, spreadsheets, and presentations you connect, and for having the rights to use them.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your own spreadsheet model. VIME displays the values your Sheet calculates; it does not verify or guarantee those values.
• You agree to use VIME in compliance with applicable laws and with Google's terms, including the Google Workspace Marketplace Terms of Service.

3. Availability

VIME is provided on an "as available" basis. It is currently offered free of charge during its early access period. Features may change, and access may be modified or discontinued.

4. No warranty

VIME is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use VIME at your own risk. VIME is a visualization tool and is not a substitute for professional financial, accounting, legal, or other advice; do not rely on it as such.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIME and its author will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use VIME.

6. Privacy

Your use of VIME is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes what information VIME accesses and how it is handled.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as VIME evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
